Hi, I’m John Edmonds.
I possess over three decades of business experience at senior levels in the UK, Australia and Sweden, and testimonials and references should give you an idea of my capacity to help you.
More recently, between 2000 and 2008, I built and managed the Huddersfield Business Generator (HBG) for the University of Huddersfield. During this 8 years, I directly helped over 250 new businesses start up at a medium-to-long-term success/survival rate exceeding 80%. (i.e. against a UK and global FAILURE RATE of start-ups of around 80%) I guess I must have done a few things right.
At present, I run my own Video Production business in Holmfirth, and Getaheadinbusiness.com is a sideline that I also run because I possess a passion for helping people get into business.
My main talents (if you can call them that) is a fairly lively passion for helping people understand the entrepreneurial processes involved in creating 'something out of nothing' by starting and growing a successful business, and for spotting opportunities that match your business intentions.
I've learned a heck of a lot about building, growing and marketing a business over the years, and I'm most willing to share my thoughts and ideas with YOU.
